We operate on a remote first basis, as we believe this is the future of work. This also allows us to share our expertise worldwide. We do offer in-person or hybrid delivery in the Oxfordshire and London areas (UK).

NAPA SAENGKRACHANG BSc, MA

founder and consultant

Napa has over 7 years of international HR experience working across various industries of differing growth stages and sizes; from financial services to education. She's supported businesses leaders during tough transformations through empathetic coaching and delivering impactful training and initiatives. In addition to her hands-on experience, she also has deep understanding of the science of leadership, obtained through her Masters Degree in HR Management (CIPD Level 7).


With a academic background in psychology (BSc) and advocate for progressive people practices in the world of work, Napa will bring fresh approach and insights when helping you nurture your culture with aims to re-energise people in your organisation / business.


In her spare time she publishes articles and attends speaking events as a way of championing people centred world of work. She also dedicates her spare time nurturing others on their career journeys through coaching and mentoring.
