Hi, I’m Napa, Founder of Culture Architect.

 

I've spent over a decade working in HR - across global remote teams, scaling businesses from founder-led to fully-formed large global organisations. My experience covers the entire spectrum of HR, from building people ops from scratch to supporting CEOs on their talent strategies.

To complement my hands-on experience I also hold a Master's in HR Management (CIPD Level 7) and a Psychology degree (BSc). 

I started Culture Architect because I kept seeing generic HR being dropped into businesses that needed the opposite. Every team is different. Every founder is different. And when it comes to people ops and strategies - they need to reflect these unique qualities. 

Every client I work with gets the same thing: someone who actually understands their business, listens, and builds solutions that are unique to their teams. No generic playbooks or templates - or AI slops. You'll be guaranteed to get clarity, structure, and someone in your corner.

How quickly can we start?

Most engagements start within 1–2 weeks of a discovery call. Embed sprints sometimes start sooner if a slot's open.

Are you UK-only or global?

UK-based, fully remote, and working with teams globally. Most clients are in the UK, EU and North America.

What if we're not sure which offer fits?

That's what the discovery call is for. We'll talk through where your team is and I'll be honest if it's not a fit.

What's the investment?

Investment depends on team size, scope, and pace – I keep things flexible so the engagement fits your runway and complexity. We'll talk numbers on our discovery call, once I understand what you actually need.
